The Rosamond

A little romance, a little rodeo.

The Rosamond began as a vintage white blazer and was reimagined by hand into a one of one wearable piece. The lapels are scattered with individually placed crystal stones, catching the light like vintage costume jewelry. Soft blush fringe and ornate cream trim trace the edges, finished with mixed vintage inspired metal buttons for a collected, timeworn feel.

At the back, a woven equestrian portrait sits between the shoulders, framed by the sweeping fringe. A concho below gives way to trailing remnants of lace, ribbon and textile in deep red, black and gold, intentionally left raw and irregular.

Made from an existing garment and thoughtfully transformed by hand, Rosamond carries traces of what she was before while becoming something entirely her own.

One of one. There will never be another Rosamond exactly like her.
